Scholarships

Eligible students who complete a FAFSA at a designated FAFSA Free-for-All event will be entered to win a $500 scholarship. Additionally, student attendees will be entered in a drawing for various door prizes. Eligibility information is as follows:

Scholarship Drawing Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for a FAFSA Free-For-All scholarship, students must:

  1. Be eligible to complete the 2014-2015 FAFSA;
  2. Attend a U.S. public or non-proprietary, private college or university in the fall 2014 semester
  3. Attend a FAFSA Free-For-All Event between January 1 and March 1, 2014
  4. Complete and submit a FAFSA Free-For-All post-event survey including the student’s first and last names, date of birth and email address. Surveys should be submitted while at the FAFSA Free-For-All event.

Door Prizes


Door prize drawing eligibility requirements:

To be eligible for the FAFSA Free-For-All door prize drawings, students must:

  1. Be eligible to complete the 2014-2015 FAFSA
  2. Attend a U.S. college or university in the fall 2014 semester
  3. Attend a FAFSA Free-For-All Event between January 1 and June 1, 2014
  4. File a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) by June 1, 2014; and,
  5. Complete and submit a FAFSA Free-for-All post-event survey including the student's first and last names, date of birth and email address. Surveys should be submitted while at the FAFSA Free-for-All event (on-line, preferred).

*The FAFSA Free-for-All committee reserves the right to merge low attendance event locations for scholarship drawings at its discretion. See Scholarships and Prizes - Official Rules for more information.
